Half an hour from Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, the Casablanca Valley is one of Chile’s most acclaimed wine regions, known for its cool-climate whites — Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay — as well as excellent Pinot Noir and Syrah.
On this private half-day tour we visit two of the valley’s wineries, Bodega RE and Casas del Bosque, with a guided walk through their facilities, an explanation of how the wines are made and tastings at each. There’s free time to shop at the winery stores before returning to your hotel. If you’d rather make a day of it, the tour can be extended with lunch in the valley.
