OCATOUR, based in Viña del Mar, Chile, processes the personal data you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp or email (name, email address, phone number, travel date and number of passengers) for the sole purpose of answering your request, quoting and organising the services you book, in accordance with Chilean Law 19.628 on the protection of private life.

We don’t share your data with third parties except for the providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example, wineries or museums that require a booking in your name) and the technical services that run this website. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and the associated legal obligations.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to ocatour@ocatour.tie.cl. This site uses audience measurement tools (Google Analytics) that rely on cookies; you can configure your browser to refuse them.
